Rental dates
Please write in notes at checkout the dates when you are wanting to rent the dress. I will make sure it is posted to you on the monday or tuesday. Pick ups are Thursday, friday or saturday. You will get a pick up ready email from me or a tracking update email when the dress is posted.
All dresses are to be returned in person the following Monday or posted back to me the following Monday. I will send out reminder emails on Sunday. If you can drop back earlier it is always much apprecited.
Shipping policy and pick up times
All dresses will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Shipping includes a return bag and tracking numbers. All rentals need to be returned by the following Monday.

Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning is included in the price of the dress rental. Please do not wash the dress yourself. This could affect you paying a damage fee.
Damage fee
If you damage the dress to the point where i can not get it altered and fixed or the dry cleaner can not remove the stains you are liable to pay for the price of the dress. I will do my best to get it fixed and back on the rack for the next renter but in some occassions it is not always possible. Please be respectful and carerful when renting with me. Thank you
Try On's
Book under the 'try on' tab and choose a 30-minute slot to try on as many dresses as you like! There is a $10 cost for the appointment to cover any potential damage to the dresses, and our time.
