DATES RENTED

Important note. Under each dress, it says "Dates rented below" If there is no date mentioned under the dress it is currently free and not booked for any upcoming weekends. Feel free to then book through the website and at checkout write the exact date you will be wearing the dress. I will sort the rest out on my end and make contact on pick-up times. There is more info below on how renting with me works. please scroll. Thank you

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Dress rentals need to be returned to me the following Monday that you needed the dress rental. This is for me to have time to take the dress to be dry cleaned and ready for the next renter. If dresses are not returned on time you will incur a late fee charge.

POSTAL DRESSES?

All dresses can be posted NZ wide and will come with a return courier bag for you to post back to me. They need to be returned the following day after wearing the dress. They will all be dry cleaned. Any damage or stains that can not be removed after dry cleaning will be your responsibility to pay back the damage of the item and will be charged.

CREDITS AND REFUNDS

I need 7 days notice before the rental date for a credit or refund. Anything after will not be issued. Let me know as soon as you do if you no longer require your rental dress

PACKAGING

Our packaging is made from compost materials which is great for the planet. Please put these in the green bin. Our leopard print packaging bags also donate to a wildlife centre to help the endangered leopard so every time you rent you can know you are giving back in one small way!

STORE POLICIES

All dresses are to be paid in full before renting a dress. 


Refunds: You have 7 days before your rental date to be able to refund the dress. You have up to 3 days before your rental date for a store credit. Store credits are to be used within 6 months. For store credits you need to have returned the dress back to me before the rental date you provided so I can assure it wasn't worn and have time to re rent it out.


Returns: All dresses must be returned on the following Monday. Drop off before 7pm or postal rentals need to be at post shop before 2pm. Failure to do so will be incur a $25 late fee. 


Damage: If a dress comes back damaged or can not be fixed you are liable to pay for this and will be invoiced the price of the RRP. Please be responsible and careful with these dresses as they expensive. Avoid mud or unsafe environments while wearing the dresses.


Postage: This is at the risk of each customer. I post every Monday and Tuesday to arrive within delivery timeframes of 1-3 days. Once I have posted the dress it is out of my control what happens with shipping delays or couriers. I will also post out earlier if I can to make sure it arrives on time. It is not always a guarantee and out of my control once posted. All dresses get updated with tracking numbers.


If a dress doesn't fit and I am able to with enough notice we can swap the dress for another one that is available. If you source a dress from another location I am unable to offer a refund or credit.
